Havelock Road Southall (1 of 3)
Works were commenced in Jan 2018 and completed in 28 weeks.
The entire building was gutted out including the removal of all of the old external windows and panels.
Two new sides and rear extension was erected to provide extra space on the ground floor, including a new reception area and large conference/playroom to the side. New drainage was installed to cater for the new toilets and kitchen. New windows and cement based cladding was installed to all elevations.

Once the shell was formed, new walls were built and plastered to form the new layout. A new roof was installed with a 20-year guarantee.
All the existing external walls were insulated to bring them up to building regulations. The building received new electrics with smart lighting along with a new alarm and fire alarm. Also, a safe refuge system was installed on the first floor.

A new Howdens kitchen was installed including the white goods and a servery. New DDA lift was installed to provide disabled access to the upper floor. A new hot water system along with the heating was designed and installed. The interior of the building was finished off with carpet tiles to the rooms with non-slip vinyl to the bathrooms and kitchen areas.
The externals were paved to the area around the building with new high quailty turf laid to the front garden along with new close boarded fencing. The other side had a canopy and paving along with astro turf installed .
